  • Thanks to the internet, I now live in a world where oatmeal isn't solely a grey, flavorless paste. I now have an understanding that it doesn't have to be made tolerable only by heaps of sugar. I admit, after I grew up and started being responsible for all of my own food, I too made unexciting oatmeal for breakfast (even though it wasn't good.) But, after many bowls of sorrow, I've learned a better way.<br /> <br /> Friends don't let friends eat sub-par oats.   • My first crack at homemade oreos. They need some work, but I think the potential is there to make something pretty delish!
  • Who needs a pour-over when you have a canning funnel? I think I might have to actually go buy coffee making equipment soon. <br /> Ever since I broke my one person french press a couple weeks ago, life just hasn't been the same!
